BH+L was asked to design a new Parish Center for this active Roman Catholic Church.  The overcrowded rectory had served as the center for most parish activities and its multi-level plan made accessibility for senior activities difficult.   The lower level of the 2-story building contains a large social hall and kitchen, and the upper level has meeting and consultation rooms as well as staff offices. The triple-peak glass skylight design reflects the three gables of the Church’s entrance that has become Our Lady of Good Counsel’s signature image.
