Daylesford Lake

Following years of building envelope deterioration and the facade material failure of their development, the Daylesford Lake Condominium Association engaged BH+L to design and document a new exterior that would both solve their envelope problems and improve the aesthetics of the homes.  Renderings illustrating a number of options for the type and location of new materials allowed the homeowners to decide on a preferred scheme.  A phased construction program resulted in the successful upgrade of the entire development.
