The Carriage House
Philadelphia, PA
The historic apartment building in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia required a number of remedial repairs following an envelope evaluation. BH+L documented a comprehensive masonry restoration, window and roof replacement program. Also included was the restoration of the wooden porches and trim repair.
Current work includes documentation to renovate the apartments and providing amenity space.
